Proposed Projects

This site will have pictures of recent projects that have been submitted to us. The plans that you see below are from a project that we will be taking on shortly.

The project is to completely renovate the interior of the ranch. After speaking with the owners we have settled on a contract to complete the following.

The project will entail the work to complete the following tasks:

  1. Installing a natural gas fireplace in the living room.
  2. Tearing down adjoining wall to create breakfast bar between the kitchen and dining area.
  3. Installing electrical openings in all rooms coupled with 10 new recessed cans throughout kitchen and living room.
  4. Minimizing laundry room to maximize kitchen space available.
  5. Opening a door on side of garage in order to create fenced dog run.
  6. Complete flooring.
  7. Complete bathroom upgrades.
  8. Installation of 6’ wooden fence around perimeter and dog run.
