Complete Gut Rehabs

These pictures show some of the most recent complete rehabs that we have undertaken. R.O.C. Realty has performed these gut rehabs over the last few months. The jobs required complete demolition. The pictures show the progression of the work being completed from plumbing, HVAC, and electrical upgrades. These updates were coupled with a complete floor plan change that allowed for more of an open design and created maximum useful space.
