Basement Remodeling
These rehabs required a different approach than any above ground rehabbing. The safety measures that we take when working with foundations or attics are imperative to our success.
The creation of livable space in either a basement or attic often requires the creation of dormers or the dropping of foundation floors, both of which require an engineer to certify. To begin with either basement or attic expansions we begin by using a Physical Engineer (PE). The PE works with us by defining the boundaries of our potential and then works with us to develop the maximum livable space. After our boundaries have been set we work with the clients to develop the optimal plan of space.
The pictures that you see are just a few that we are working on currently. These are all basement projects that required dropping the foundation floor by several feet. Since this project is currently being developed, completed pictures are not yet available.
