R.O.C. Realty is a licensed full service brokerage specializing in working with investors either in acquisition or disposition. We understand the unique goals that investors are concerned with and are able to identify choice properties that meet their specific needs. The benefit of R.O.C. is that our involvement does not need to stop at the closing table. Since we were founded by real estate investors we have the team necessary to take you through acquisition, construction, management and of course disposition.

During both the acquisition and disposition stages it is not uncommon to have a level of work that is needed to get the property to a competitive level. Since we are active real estate investors we have a team that is accustomed to the unique demands an investor may have. Using our team of contractors to meet these demands on both our portfolio and yours ensures that your costs are very competitive.

From projects as small as re-painting and re-carpeting to bathroom additions and patios, we know what your property needs to stand out and sell or rent quickly.

If you don’t feel you need the use of a full service brokerage then pay for only what you need.

We offer an a la carte program that allows you to start off with basic services and then add services as you see fit. The caveat is that if you end up choosing many or most of the services then the full service brokerage would have likely been more cost efficient.

Prepare a comparable market analysis report to assist in the pricing ($150)

Property Listed on MLS ($250-350)
– 6-month listing on MLS
– The right to sell “by owner”. If you find a buyer you pay no commissions
– Realtor calls are screened through our office (You are responsible for coordinating a weekly calendar electronically so that the sccheduler can operate efficiently.)
